LUFTHANSA INNOVATION HUB
THE PROBLEM:
Lufthansa recognized the need to extend their support to better serve customers on the move, particularly those using smartphones, who often face challenges like spotty connectivity or limited internet access.
RESULTS:
Significantly improved the customer experience when communicating with Lufthansa in relation to various issues. Devised and implemented fast and efficient offline on-the-fly in-app search. After successfully validating the concept, the functionality was integrated into the main Lufthansa app.

UPTICK TRADING PLATFORM
OVERVIEW:
The main product of the company, a pioneer in the gamification of day trading through virtual money accounts, was UpTick – a mobile app that has built social layers via trading league feature, leaderboards, and competitions. The app enabled users to trade in CFDs, Spread Bets and Forex in over 1000 products on zero commission.
THE PROBLEM:
The expertise of the existing development team limited the company’s ability to achieve its goals of promoting greater interest in trading by delivering an exceptional user experience and ease of use. As a result, efforts to expand the active user base and increase the number of real money accounts fell short of expectations.

Cembranaut GmbH is a technology firm focusing on FinTech, SaaS & E-Commerce companies.
THE PROBLEM:
As one of their major projects, Cembranaut aimed to build a cryptocurrency real-time monitoring and scanner system featuring 50+ global crypto exchanges, providing notifications about crypto markets behavior.

SENECTO LTD
OVERVIEW:
Senecto Ltd was established by an international group of people and companies, to address and tackle some of the issues surrounding people with dementia who are living independently. Senecto provides Amba, a video communication and organisational system as a service for families with elderly relatives.
THE PROBLEM:
Due to changes in iOS 12 the React Native WebRTC library stopped working. The company spent more than 6 months looking for experts all around the world who can help them resolve the issue.

TOPVIEW SIGHTSEEING
OVERVIEW:
One of the leading providers of bus- and boat-based sightseeing tours in New York City, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Atlanta, Houston and London.
THE PROBLEM:
The company aimed to establish an in-house R&D team to develop an enterprise-grade platform for managing businesses in the sightseeing industry.
RISE was a very complex FinTech product that usually requires double their team size but Tweerous managed to deliver a high-performant product with very little maintenance requirements on time and budget.
They deliver Triple-A products with clean code and have been a true CTO-level partner rather than only an outstaffed team.
Tweerous provided a clear-eyed assessment of the issue in a very short time, and unusually for the software world, an accurate effort estimate to resolve the problem.

Tweerous was founded by three university friends—Jimmy Ostoich, Evtim Papushev, and Kiril Nozharov—who have known each other since their student days and began their professional careers as software developers in 2006-2007.
After working independently for leading companies such as Telerik, Vayant Travel Technologies, Mentormate and CommEq Asset Management, they reunited in 2012 to establish Tweerous—combining their individual expertise and shared values into a first-rate engineering partner built on trust, technical excellence, and long-term collaboration.
